The hotel exceeded expectations with its convenient location, free parking, pool, and various amenities like a billiard table and souvenir shop. The rooms were bright and well-equipped, and the helpful staff made check-in easy. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, and the 24-hour coffee/tea bar and pool added to the enjoyable stay.
Everything was spot on.

I am sorry but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
It was very old and needs renovation, it was very noisy so not good for light sleepers. Also, the restaurant needs to be more professional in service and presentation of cutlery and food.

The hotel was well-located in a convenient area with stores nearby. the breakfast buffet was good with a variety of options to choose from. One of the best things about the hotel was the comfy bed which made my sleep better.
Sadly, my Easter experience at the hotel was not so great. the staff was not as friendly or helpful as I would have liked, and there was a problem with the hot water not working properly in my room.

Decent sized pool, friendly staff who moved my parents into a double room as it had become available (we had booked a twin due to availability). Very good breakfast spread and good deal on dinner as well. Good location for catching the bus to the falls (much cheaper and pretty easy).
The lady selling tours to the falls has a real attitude problem so we didn't even consider booking a transfer through the hotel. Whilst the English speaking reception guy is very friendly the other front desk staff were rather surly despite our doing our best to speak Portuguese. Also could do with fixing the damp in the shower, though it must be stressed that overall the rooms are large, clean and spacious.

The breakfast was plentiful and tasty, with a great variety of options. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, giving us great recommendations for nearby attractions. The location was convenient, as it was close to the main road and easy to find. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates.
The pool was a bit small and not very inviting, although we were mainly there to explore the area so it didn't affect our stay too much. The elevator was quite old and slow, but we opted to use the stairs instead. it was a great value for the money and we would definitely stay here again.
